OxyLock® Must Not Be Sold as Another Chemical Scavenger
The positioning must be bigger: OxyLock® represents the transition from continuous chemical scavenging to engineered oxygen removal. OxyLock® should be commercialized as a platform – treatment media, vessels, sensors, monitoring, engineering, commissioning and service – rather than as a commodity sold only by the kilogram.

A 10% market-share target cannot be achieved through isolated projects. It requires scale, standardization, evidence and a disciplined international conversion strategy.
1. Boiler & Steam
Primary entry market. Target residual dissolved oxygen after bulk deaeration in industrial steam and boiler systems. Priority sectors: power, food & beverage, chemicals, paper, pharmaceuticals and heavy
industry.
2. Closed loops
Heating, cooling and district-energy circuits where recurring oxygen ingress contributes to corrosion of
pipework, pumps, valves and heat exchangers.
3. High-purity water
Premium applications in electronics, pharmaceuticals and sensitive industrial processes where minimizing unwanted chemical addition can create significant value.
4. Power & large industry
Large skids, OEM partnerships, energy generation, petrochemical facilities and high-capacity industrial
oxygen-control applications.
5. Hydrogen
Strategic future market. Separate development tracks for water-side deoxygenation and – after
independent technical validation – residual oxygen removal from hydrogen gas.
What 10% Requires in Practice
The objective demands a scalable global model: standardized OxyLock® systems, independently defensible performance data,
reference installations, international distributors, OEM alliances, digital monitoring and recurring replacement-media revenue.
Validate
Document inlet/outlet DO, breakthrough curves, oxygen capacity, service life, pressure drop, temperature, flow and total cost of ownership.
Standardize
Build defined OxyLock® product families for Boiler, Loop, HP, Power and H2 with clear operating windows and monitoring requirements.
Scale
Activate country partners, OEMs and engineering companies through one global sales, training and application-support program.
Convert
Identify installed chemical-scavenger programs and convert them to OxyLock® wherever performance, safety and economics justify the change.
