Distributorship Request
Watch Water®GmbH is dedicated to the success of our brand and our distributors. Our aim is to partner with the most qualified individuals and businesses in each market, fostering long-term, mutually beneficial relationships. Authorized distributors of Watch Water® GmbH will benefit from exclusive representation of our products within their territory and receive the most competitive wholesale prices.
We pride ourselves on maintaining high standards for our authorized representatives. We seek individuals and/or businesses that meet the following qualifications and are committed to promoting and distributing Watch Water® products:
Experience and Presence
The prospective distributor must have experience in selling relevant products and must maintain a local office within the designated territory.
Technical Support
The prospective distributor must have a trained technical support and service team capable of providing professional maintenance and service for the products sold.
Sales Performance
The prospective distributor must meet the mutually agreed annual sales quota. Watch Water®GmbH reserves the right to adjust this quota annually based on market demands.
We will engage with prospective distributors for a trial period of 12 months to develop specific regional markets. This period allows both parties to assess each other’s capabilities, establish trust, and evaluate the sales potential of Watch Water®GmbH products in the local market. Upon successfully meeting all three qualifications within the trial period, the prospective distributor will be formally appointed as an authorized Watch Water®GmbH distributor under a binding contract.
The newly appointed distributor will undergo annual evaluations to ensure continued compliance with the qualification requirements stated in the contract. The distributorship will be renewed if qualifications are maintained. Failure to meet the contractual requirements may result in reassessment and potential termination of the distributorship.
