WATCHSORB® is environmentally friendly and ecotoxicologically safe. Its biocompatibility makes it safe to compost, with no risk of harming the composting process.

WATCHSORB® can degrade when the fully hydrated form is exposed to UV-light (sunlight). WATCHSORB® breaks down into water-soluble polymers, wich are similar to those found in washing-up liquids. These polymers do not harm the environment.
